We specialize in providing excellent customer service to Arises Fortune 500 Client Base.  As a contractor with GBS Staffing Solutions, you are an Independent Contractor servicing from the comforts of your home. You will enjoy the freedom and flexibility of setting your own schedule and being your own boss. You have the potential to earn an hourly rate of $9-18 per hour, depending on the client you choose to service

We work with a network of independent contractors who provide customer service and support services from the comfort of their own homes. ONBOARDING STEPS

Below list the steps needed to join our call center.

APPLY

Fill out an application on our website and enrolled in our onboarding course. After you submit your application and complete the our onboarding course. You will then be able to complete your registration. Please finish the registration process within two day with us.

COMPLETE OUR ONBOARDING COURSE

You will need to register and complete our onboarding course that walks you through the process of joining our Virtual Call Center as a Independent Contractor.

REGISTER & TAKE ASSESSMENT

After you sign up for the platform, you’ll go through a simple skill set assessment to see if you’re a good fit. You will need to pass the assessment to see the client opportunities available to you. 

ENROLL AND CERTIFY

You will need to enroll in a client program of your choice. Attend the instructor led certification, complete all self-paced work, take calls, and certify. Choose the best Client for your skill set. Attend up to 6 weeks of certification training in a virtual classroom.

Must have a quiet work environment (when servicing & in Class)

Must have basic computer skills and be 18 years or older

Call Center experience is helpful, but not required

Must be reliable, goal-driven, determined, and dependable!

Must be able to service a minimum of 15 hours per week

  • DO I HAVE TO BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES?

    Yes. Arise requires that all individuals seeking to become Arise Certified Professionals legally reside in the United States if they are servicing customers based in the United States.

  • WHAT TYPE OF WORK WOULD I BE DOING?

    Customer service! You will answer inbound customer service calls. If you choose a sales position, all sales calls are inbound. The client is calling YOU to inquire about your product or service. Don’t worry you will not be bothering anyone, but helping them. The only exception to this is chat, of course. Chat representatives will answer customer service chats.

  • WHAT ARE THE START-UP COSTS INVOLVED?

    If you already have a computer that meets or exceeds the network requirements you have eliminated the largest expense.

    Windows computer with either Windows 10 or Windows 11. Macs are also supported by a limited number of clients. Windows XP, Windows 8, and Windows Vista are NOT supported. Please see Workstation Requirements for details.
    High-speed internet service (Must be DSL, Cable, or fiber optic with a direct wired connection. NO satellite or wireless providers allowed.)
    It is Free to enroll in a client certification course.
    Analog or digital landline phone line, with no features, for servicing Arise client calls. This is available from your phone company or cable provider. Services using MagicJack, Skype, Google Voice, or Ooma are NOT supported.
    Comfortable telephone/headset combination for servicing calls. Cordless and wireless are NOT supported.
    Noise-canceling computer headset for attending online courses

  • IS MY STATE ELIGIBLE?

    We are currently hiring in all, but seven states in the US. We are not registered to conduct business in the following states.
