My SSN is already registered, what do I do?
You may receive an error message stating that your SSN Already exists in the System. In the event you receive this message, please do not continue or re-create another profile. You will need to have your profile reset in order to register on the platform.
Please email registration@registration.arise.com and include the following:
Full Name
Your Email Address
Mailing Address
Phone Number
DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR SSN IN THE EMAIL
Please allow 3-5 business days for a response.
