The page is stuck in a loading loop. What do I do?

Sometimes working from home includes some technical issues. If you find that you are stuck on a loading page for more than 1 minute, here are some steps to take:

  1. Try a different browser on your computer to see if you are experiencing the same thing (i.e Google, Edge, Firefox).
  2. Clear your cookies, history and cache on your computer
  3. Go to your computer settings – Time & Language – Date & Time – Turn on your set time automatically
  4. If all of the above fails, try again at a later date. The platform may be experiencing some latency issues beyond your and our control.
