The page is stuck in a loading loop. What do I do?
Sometimes working from home includes some technical issues. If you find that you are stuck on a loading page for more than 1 minute, here are some steps to take:
- Try a different browser on your computer to see if you are experiencing the same thing (i.e Google, Edge, Firefox).
- Clear your cookies, history and cache on your computer
- Go to your computer settings – Time & Language – Date & Time – Turn on your set time automatically
- If all of the above fails, try again at a later date. The platform may be experiencing some latency issues beyond your and our control.
