You must legally reside in the United States and must be 18 years or older. You can provide your services from anywhere that is open to new applications. If you move, you are able to bring your work with you! How many jobs can you say that about?

*Currently Arise is not accepting applicants from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin. (This also means you are unable to service from these states if you were to move to one of these states)

If you receive a message about an inactive profile, please send a request via e-mail to registration@registration.arise.com.

You MUST include the following in your email:

  • Subject: Inactive Profile
  • Body: Include your full name, email address you registered with, full address, phone number, username and password if you remember, Agent ID number if you remember it. Then type this “My profile is no longer active, can you please reactivate it for me?”. Feel free to add any other pertinent information but keep it brief and to the point.
  • Signature: Sign with your full name and a contact number

Please allow up to 7 business days for them to review your profile.

DO NOT create another profile as doing so may permanently disqualify you from the Arise network.

You are not allowed to create multiple profiles

Please send an e-mail to registration@registration.arise.comm if you created a duplicate profile.

Then type this “I accidentally created another profile. Can you please delete my new profile and reactivate my old one?”. Feel free to add any other pertinent information but keep it brief and to the point.
  • Signature: Sign with your full name and a contact number

Please allow up to 7 business days for them to review your profile. Because Arise does not allow duplicate profiles, if they find you were intentionally trying to circumnavigate their systems, they will deactivate your profile for good.

WE PAY WHAT ARISE PAYS. No Skimming of the top. 

We have agents making between $200 – $1200 per invoice. 

It is your decision on how much you make. You choose the client opportunity and the amount of hours you are able to service. Your Paycheck is up to you!

You are an independent contractor and are responsible for your own taxes. GBS Staffing Solutions does not take any taxes out on your behalf. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you made $600 or more.

I would advise you to meet with a tax specialist to go over what you are able to write off and what deductions you can take as an independent contractor.

GBS Staffing Solutions, does not pay for the time spent in a client certification course. We are the middleman between Arise’s clients and the Authorized agents, Independent Contractors, Sole Proprietors and Freelancers working from home. As a Sole Proprietor, you are responsible for any certification needed that is required to educate yourself to properly provide your services to the client.

GBS offers certification courses that help to prepare you for servicing your chosen client. You must successfully pass/completed the certification course in order to offer a Statement of Work (SOW).There is no paid training.

Some companies pay revenue once you begin taking calls during the certification course. It is recommended that you take an evening certification course and keep your full time day job. Many agents do this until they are prepared to work from home full time.

We have a low service fee per invoice for the duration of the contract in addition to the fee our partner charges. We pay our contractors on the 15th and 31st of the month. 

Servicing an Arise Client

  • $49.75 per invoice for GBS Staffing Solutions & Arise services
  • Up to $30 fee discount for top performers!

Just like any other business, GBS Staffing Solutions has to cover business cost including, computers, phone, bank fees, direct deposit fees, website, software fees, and more. Our low flat fee allows for us to do so and provide excellent support to our agents. You ONLY pay if you are receiving revenue. GBS/ARISE fees are automatically deducted from your check. GBS/ARISE fees, includes the Arise 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and StarMatic® scheduling system, the use of clients’ systems, our one on one support,  security systems i.e. OKTA and VPN, and our processing fees.

Part of the fees also goes to Advertising and marketing this is you found us!

*Please understand that when you sign a contract for services you are committing to servicing that entire contract period as an Independent Contractor. If you fail to complete the contract terms, you may receive a termination fee for the remaining balance of service fee’s owed.

*Please understand that additional fee’s may be charged or monetary rewards issued based on agent performance. All fee’s and rewards are disclosed prior to enrolling and in the SOW contract so be sure to review entirely before signing. Additional incentives may be offered.

The starting rate varies depending on the client you choose. Many pay per minute (.21 to .24 cents per minute) and/or a base pay of $10 to $20 per hour, depending upon your performance. The money you earn is only limited by your performance (high performers earn $13 to $20/hr) and how many hours you work. The better you perform the more you earn. You are in control of your earnings!

You can work as many hours as you’d like. However, your minimum is 15 hours per week as required under the terms of the Statement of Work (SOW) for most Arise client business opportunities. Arise has hours for CSP’s to service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The hours available for a specific client will be outlined in the Opportunity Announcements you receive once you complete the Admissions process. (Subject to change.)
